RMA Cambodia has operated in the Cambodian market since 1992 as an exclusive provider of integrated system solutions for commercial and non-commercial enterprises across the infrastructure, energy, and logistics sectors.
Over the years, the company has grown alongside Cambodia's development, expanding its portfolio to include automotive, agricultural and heavy equipment, warehouse solutions, financial services, car rental, and food franchise management. Today, the company is the sole authorized importer and distributor of globally recognized brands, including Ford – Cambodia's top automotive brand for six consecutive years, which led to the establishment of the Ford Assembly Plant in Pursat Province in 2022, Jeep, RAM, Peugeot, ChangAn, Deepal, Mercedes-Benz Aftersales Services, John Deere agricultural equipment, JCB heavy machinery, FUSO trucks, AJAX, TCM forklifts, Mah Sing Plastics (pallet racking), Haulotte (access lifts), JCB lifting equipment, SATA hand tools, Hako cleaning equipment, Hoa Long Mechanical (racking systems), and Megger electrical testing equipment.
Beyond business expansion, RMA Cambodia places strong emphasis on developing human capital. The company provides internship and employment opportunities to approximately 4,000 local and international professionals, creating an environment where Cambodian and expatriate employees work together to exchange knowledge, skills, and expertise. With the support of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MLVT) and Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI) Group, RMA Cambodia established Cambodia's premier TVET automotive training institution, the Automotive Center of Excellence (ACE-C), to develop the next generation of automotive technicians, painters, panel beaters, and dealership professionals.
