July 17-19, 2026 - RMA (Cambodia) Plc. successfully organized its 2026 Mid-Year Offsite Management Meeting in Siem Reap Province from July 17–19, 2026, under the leadership of Mr. Ngorn Saing, CEO of RMA Cambodia. The meeting brought together the company’s leadership team and management from all business units to review performance over the first six months of 2026, discuss key achievements and challenges, and identify priorities to improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable business growth.
During the meeting, Mr. Ngorn Saing shared valuable guidance, encouraging leaders to optimize resource utilization, enhance performance, and continue strengthening the company’s competitiveness.
As part of the team-building activities on July 18, management members participated in a fundraising initiative through the sale of Cambodian pickled pepper products. The activity raised a total of USD 1,000, which was donated to Jayavarman VII Hospital (Kantha Bopha Siem Reap) to support its daily operations.
The program concluded with a fellowship dinner and recognition ceremony, where Mr. Michael Freeman, General Manager of Service and Technical Business & Product Development, received the 25th Year Long Service Award in recognition of his 25 years of dedicated service. Ms. Kheav Moro Kort received the Chairman’s Award for her outstanding commitment, dedication, and contribution to the company’s success.
The 2026 Mid-Year Offsite Management Meeting concluded successfully with meaningful discussions, knowledge sharing, stronger collaboration, and renewed commitment among the RMA Cambodia family toward achieving continued growth and excellence.
