Press Conference on the Provision of Scholarship to 100 Workers and Refugees

January 29, 2026 – A Press Conference on the “Provision of Scholarships for 100 Workers and Refugees Provided by RMA (Cambodia) Plc.” was presided over by H.E. Laov Him, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training; Mr. Ngorn Saing, CEO of RMA (Cambodia) Plc.; and Mr. Van Vichet, CEO of Automotive Center of Excellence Cambodia (ACE-C), with the participation of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, ACE-C team, RMAC’s management team, and news media.

This initiative reflects a strong partnership between the public and private sectors to develop skilled manpower and create new opportunities for refugees and returning workers from Thailand to build the hard skills needed to rebuild their livelihoods and find decent jobs, as well as to reduce migration. All 100 scholarship recipients will receive a 3-month training program under the “Work Readiness Program” at the ACE-C, delivered by professional trainers from Australia. Training fields include: Auto body and Paint, and Auto Mechanics. After completing this course, candidates will have a clear technical skill set to start their own business and increase their family's income. Candidates can also get job opportunities at RMA Cambodia or at major automotive companies and institutions in Cambodia, which are in high demand for skilled technical workers.

Offering 100 scholarships is just the beginning. In the future, the company will continue to offer many more scholarships for new fields in addition to those related to the automotive sector.

100% scholarships for 100 spots are now open! Enrollment date starts from 1 May 2026.
