May 19, 2026 - Mr. Ngorn Saing, CEO of RMA (Cambodia) Plc., together with a delegation, paid a courtesy visit and held a working discussion with His Excellency Peng Ponea, Minister of Public Works and Transport.
The discussion focused on key development directions, including the water transport manufacturing sector, as well as updates and investment opportunities in Cambodia’s automotive industry. Mr. Ngorn Saing also provided an update on the company’s modification plans and discussed the regulatory framework for Vehicle Identification Numbers (VIN) to further support the development of Cambodia’s automotive sector toward higher standards, efficiency, and competitiveness.
Mr. Saing also expressed his sincere appreciation to the Minister of Public Works and Transport for his continued efforts and support for the private sector in contributing to the development of Cambodia’s automotive industry.
