March 17, 2026 – Congratulations on the official unveiling of the new identity and name of Tonle Finance Plc., following approval from the National Bank of Cambodia and the Ministry of Commerce.
Tonle Finance Plc. is a financial leasing institution specializing in financing vehicles, agricultural equipment, construction machinery, and other equipment. This rebranding marks a new stage of development and reflects the institution’s long-term commitment to Cambodia and its customers.
Please note that the change from BSP Finance (Cambodia) Plc. to Tonle Finance Plc. involves only the institution’s name and logo, while all existing financial leasing agreements, terms, and customer repayment obligations remain unchanged.
The name “Tonle Finance” is inspired by Tonle Sap Lake, symbolizing growth, connectivity, and resilience in Cambodia. The renaming follows RMA Group’s acquisition of the remaining 50% shareholding from Bank of South Pacific (BSP), making RMA Group the full owner of the institution.
